Chef of expertise, Heiko Grabolle has many years of experience. He worked in several restaurants and hotels renowned in Europe and with the international cruise MS Bremen made a trip around the world.
Since 2005 Heiko Grabolle also works as a Food Stylist. His education as a master chef and instructor is the basis for the production, refining and food preparation.
Chef Heiko regards the authenticity of the product and its origin. His goal is to provide the best of the food since its texture to the juicy.
